I've been thinking.. What if Miss Frizzle from the Magic School Bus is a Time Lord/Lady? I mean, I have seen theories floating around, but going through the episodes, I see that it kind of works. The bus is her TARDIS, albeit a different model from The Doctor's. It fits, considering the fact the she has traveled through space AND time. A TARDIS has a 'soul' and Bus has been shown to be.. 'Living'. Bus has also been shown to spin when he travels, which is similar to the Doctor's TARDIS. Perhaps it's chameleon circuit works, just not like it is supposed to.
